Small Batch Beef Tallow
Pure grass-fed beef tallow, small-batch rendered in Indiana. One full quart of clean cooking fat — no seed oils, no additives, no fillers. Rendered slow from pasture-raised cattle, the way fat is supposed to be.
A full quart of small-batch tallow from Montgomery Meats — shelf-stable, neutral in flavor, and built for high heat. Put it to work:
If you're shopping for tallow, you already know real animal fat beats laboratory seed oils. But tallow is the finishing touch on a real-food kitchen — it's not the main event. The main event is the meat. And that's where most people are still settling for grocery-store beef of unknown origin.
The Ancestral Feast Pack ships with this same quart of small-batch tallow — plus 10 lbs of organ-fortified ground beef, two grass-fed ribeyes, two sirloins, and a pack of paleo bacon. A complete month of carnivore eating, delivered frozen to your door, with the tallow you came for already in the box.
Want to go all-in on the everyday staple instead? The Ancestral Power Pack is 20 lbs of grass-fed ground beef, organ-fortified with liver and heart — the most nutrient-dense ground beef you can stock, delivered on repeat.
A quart of tallow is a great upgrade to your kitchen. But for the cost of a couple grocery runs, the Feast Pack gives you that same tallow and a freezer full of grass-fed, farm-traceable meat — delivered, no store trips, pause or cancel anytime.

Pasture raised, pasture finished. No feedlot stage, ever.
Every cut is traceable to the farm it came from
We ship early in the week to get your order to you safe and cold
Processed at a small regional facility, not an industrial plant.
We both grew up on farms in Indiana and know how high quality meats are made. For years we were piecing our family's proteins together from whatever farmer's market or butcher we could reach on a Saturday. It's exhausting, and half the time the sourcing story falls apart if you ask two questions. So we built the supply chain we wanted as customers. Many of the farms in our boxes are within driving distance of where we grew up — small, family-run operations across Indiana, where the animals are raised on pasture and handled by the same people their whole life. No feedlots. No industrial processors. No shortcuts.

Because a premium butcher often can't tell you which farm the animal came from, and we can. Every cut in your box comes from a small family farm across Indiana — direct relationships, no aggregators. Monthly delivery to your door for less than the natural foods store charges for the same pasture-finished cuts. If you have a butcher you love, keep them. If you want that trust delivered, this is that.
No. Most meat subscriptions are a mixed box for a household that cooks meat two or three nights a week — chicken, pork, a little beef. Carnivore Club is built for people who eat meat as the meal, not the side dish. More beef, more fat, more offal, sourced to actually serve a carnivore or keto diet. Ordinary meat boxes are a sampler. This is inventory.
Most "grass-fed" beef at the grocery store is grass-fed and grain-finished — the animal grazed on pasture until it was moved to a feedlot for its last 90–180 days. Our animals are raised on pasture and finished on pasture, no feedlot. The supply chain is also different: grocery-store "grass-fed" comes through aggregators from dozens of anonymous suppliers. Every cut in your box comes from a small Midwestern family farm we have a direct relationship with.
100% grass-fed, US-raised, traceable to the farm. Shipped frozen to your door every month — direct from the processor, packed in dry ice, free shipping. No fillers, no seed oils, no shortcuts. Cancel, pause, or skip a month anytime in under 30 seconds.
We ship at the beginning of every week — usually Monday through Wednesday — so your box always arrives before the weekend. Transit is 3–5 business days via FedEx, and every box is packed in dry ice and freight-grade insulation. It arrives cold - if not still frozen. Orders placed Wednesday or later usually move to the following week's batch, unless you're close enough to us that we can still make the window. No weekend transit means no thawed-meat surprises.
No signature required. Dry ice and insulation keep the contents frozen for 24 hours past delivery, so your box is safe on the porch while you're at work. And because we only ship early in the week, there's no risk of a weekend-long sit. If you'll be gone longer than a day, skip the next shipment from your account — takes about 10 seconds.
Easy fix. From your account, skip a month, delay the next shipment, or change to every-other-month delivery. Takes about 10 seconds. We'd rather you eat through what you have than stack boxes.
Yes. All three from your account, no phone call, no retention survey. If the product is why, the 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered.
Love it or it's on us. If you're not satisfied with your first box for any reason, we'll refund every dollar within 30 days of delivery. Keep the meat — no return required, no questions, no retention survey. One email to support@carnivoreclub.com and it's done.

All of it takes about 10 seconds from your account.
