Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include transit time. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and service level selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Delivered but Not Received

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, misplacement after delivery, or delivery to shared or unsecured locations.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers should:

  • Check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly to request delivery confirmation or GPS scan details

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a package is lost or damaged before it is marked as delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.


 

Shipping Insurance (If Applicable)

If shipping insurance is offered at checkout and declined, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
