This is hand-cut, small-batch jerky from a rural Indiana butcher shop, where they still do things the right way—with knives, smoke, and pride.

At Montgomery Meats, every strip is made from whole muscle cuts, not ground-up scraps or extruded filler. And it’s hardwood smoked, not just dehydrated and dusted with “smoke flavoring.” You can taste the real fire in every bite.
