All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required!
Our Lupo Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life. We stamp the salami with a 12-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged and try hard to not ship any with less than 10-months left.
Wine & Cheese Pairings:
Very umami-rich, Lupo is best served with full-flavored red wine like a Napa Cabernet or white wine like Chardonnay or Champagne. Pairs well with a mild, creamy Bleu Cheese or sharp cheddar.
