Founder, Ricky Hirsch, was shocked to discover that most jerky products were full of sugar, so he set out to create a jerky that is both healthy and delicious. Partnering with some of the world’s best chefs, Think Jerky is consciously minimizing the use of sugar and salt, and only using the healthiest ingredients in all of their products. Think Jerky uses sustainably-raised 100% grass-fed beef or free-range turkey that have no added hormones or antibiotics.

Brush Creek Farms

Brush Creek Farms represents four generations of farmers. Founded in 1993 by Coleman and David Whitehead, their property was turned from timberland into beautiful rolling pastures for their cattle to graze. It was once a sporting club for a number of years and it’s now a full-time cattle farm! Through special planning and careful feed management, they produce healthy lean beef without compromising flavor, tenderness, or natural juices.
