The Piggery

The Piggery is a farmer-owned butcher shop featuring pork & house-made charcuterie primarily from their Trumansburg, NY-based farm. They also use pork from four other local farmers who meet their high standards for growing. The Piggery insists that each animal is pastured in a small-scale operation, ensuring they know that the animal was treated humanely and fed only local GMO-free grains. Their pasture itself is NOFA-certified organic. The Piggery is a great example of an artisan doing things the right way.
