Iberico Salchichon Sliced

Soft and creamy—it’s more subtle than the chorizo but with much of the same richness. You may wish to pair it with a sharp cheese to act as a counter-balance to the decadently smooth fatty profle, or a good dry wine - preferably Spanish!
