Wisconsin River Meats & Barilos
Wisconsin River Meats was founded in 1993 by John Hamm and David Mauer after years of experience in the meat business. The company has become popular for their landjaeger sausages specifically but their goal is to provide high quality family recipes. Their meat selection has grown to custom processed beef, pork, chicken, and domestic game animals during the Wisconsin hunting season. With over 60 years of combined experience between the two owners, these meats will not disappoint.
Barilos has produced European-style deli meats with natural ingredients for over 50 years. Founder Nikolay Barilo and his family came to Canada in 2005 to produce high-quality cured meats, eventually winning awards in Canada for their great tasting products. Barilos has created a mix of tradition and innovation that will not disappoint.
