🔥 INGREDIENTS (Makes 2 sandwiches)

2 Old Major 50/50 Bacon Smashburger patties
2 English muffins or biscuits, toasted and buttered
2 large eggs
2 slices sharp white cheddar or havarti
Handful of baby arugula or spinach (optional, for peppery balance)
Hot honey, to drizzle (or sub maple syrup for sweetness)
Butter or oil, for cooking

🔪 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Smash & Sizzle

Heat a cast iron or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Place the frozen or thawed 50/50 patties directly onto the hot surface. Smash them down with a sturdy spatula or burger press. Cook until the edges are crispy and caramelized, about 2–3 minutes per side.

2. Get Cheesy
